DMCA takedown procedure

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content accessible through Atelier de Venus infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, telephone number, and email address).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed — or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g. the URL where you saw it).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your notice to our designated agent at the address below. We will respond within 5 business days and remove or disable access to the material if the notice is valid.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. A valid counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, your consent to jurisdiction, and your signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification we will restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
